Paramore for New Moon
Paramore is the band that sang the song “I Caught Myself” and “Decode” for the Twilight movie soundtrack. Since then, they have made their love for Twilight and the experience very plain. Now they are looking forward to a chance at being in the Twilight sequel, New moon. Although they say they are not campaigning to be in on the soundtrack, they feel it would be another great opportunity and something they would love to do.
I personally loved their music; “I Caught Myself” was one of my favorite songs from the movie. I think it would be great to hear them in the next movie, what do you think?

Stephenie Meyer Fascinates Us
We all love Stephenie, I mean we wouldn’t have twilight without her. Recently she was in a more local newspaper, The Arizona Republic. The article calls her “One of the Valley’s most fascinating people,” which we all already knew.
The article also talks about how much fame has affected her, saying she can’t even go to Target or the Grocery store without being recognized. It also says that she is doing what the fans are wanting and just hunkering down to write.
We anxiously wait to see what she puts out next. We love Stephenie and it sounds like her home town is just as proud.
Ashley Greene Shows Support for Taylor Lautner
Ashley Greene is the amazing actress that played the wonderful Alice Cullen. She was wonderful in the movie and was the perfect Alice. Now fans have another reason to love her. In an interview with MTV, Ashley Greene stated that she wanted Taylor Lautner to stay on as Jacob Black for New Moon. She said that he was a very sweet and nice person and she loved working with him.
As far as body structure goes she says that it shouldn’t matter, I mean if they were supposed to look exactly like their characters she should be fired too, because she is not the 4” 10’ vampire from the book.

Philippines “Twilight Remake” a Hoax!
People all over the internet were having a fit because of talk of a Twilight TV show being made in the Philippines, mostly because the actors looked nothing like the book characters. But, apparently it was all a miss-understanding, the station denies their being any plans to make a Twilight remake.
This is basically good news, I mean who knows a Twilight show might have been okay, but it would have been hard for the to stay true to the book portrayal. It is kind of funny now that it is all over, I mean people were making petitions against it on the internet. It just goes to show how far we are willing to go for these books lol.

Taylor Lautner talks with Chris Weitz
The big question on every ones mind is who is going to play Jacob Black for New Moon. Jacob Black is such an immensely huge character in New Moon and it is important that they pick the right guy. Taylor Lautner played Jacob Black in the first Twilight movie, but talk says he might not be back.
Taylor Lautner says that he has been preparing for the role as New Moon Jacob since the day they stopped filming the first movie. Already he has put on 19 pounds and apparently has told Chris Weitz he will pack on more before filming.
In an interview with OK magazine Taylor states that as far as he knows he is still in the running and in fact he already was scheduled to meet with Chris Weitz to talk about the role. We haven’t heard reports about how this went, but we are anxiously awaiting the decision.

Facebook Teams up for Taylor Lautner
So we all know that the big debate right now is Taylor Lautner vs Michael Copon. Well apparently people on Facebook are taking sides as well. There is a team you can join called “I REJECT Michael Copon as Jacob Black: SAVE TAYLOR NOW!” People have pretty strong opinions about who should play Jacob Black. If Michael Copon does get the role I wonder if he will be able to handle all the negative press that is sure to come.

An Interview with Michael Copon
The Magazine J-14 did a questions and answers interview with Michael Copon to get the low down about him possibly playing as Jacob Black in New Moon. Although still nothing has been confirmed, Michael Copon and his agent are doing as much as they can to get him in this movie. In the interview he talks about why he would be better for the role, including the fact that he is more muscular than Taylor Lautner. Also he feels he has more experience in this kind of acting role after his role in Scorpion King 2.
The only thing that really annoys me about this article is when he asked if he ever read the books and he says “I’ve read the first one and I’ve dabbled through the Cliffs Notes of the second and third ones. I haven’t had time to actually sit down and read the whole book, but I kind of know what happens.” Taylor Lautner made his love for the books and for Stephenie Meyers very obvious.
So who will play our favorite Werewolf? I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Taylor Lautner Staying for New Moon?
Most of us are anxiously awaiting any news about Taylor Lautner and whether or not he will play Jacob Black in New Moon. In an interview with MTV, Taylor Lautner denies the claims that he is being replaced saying that “he hasn’t heard any news from the directors about him being cut”. As far as he is concerned the decision is still “Up in the air”.
He does admit that he has been putting on some weight and doing a lot of exercising. He says that it started the day after they finished filming. He also says that the reason is because he told new director Chris Weitz that he would put on ten more pounds before filming.
