Forks Reality Show Update

Hey Twilighters!! Ok so a few days ago I gave you some info about a reality show starting in Forks, Wa, the hometown of Bella and the Cullens. Well, now I have a bit more info for you, including pictures courtesy of Chris Cook at the Forks Forum!!

The casting call took place today and will be continuing on until tomorrow. Tons of Forks locals, Twilight fans and not Twilight fans arrived at the Vagabond restaurant for their chance to be on this show and they all seem to be very excited. Forks Highschoolers: Heather Nelson, Taylor Pearson, and Lauren Henry are all show in the picture below filling out the questionnaires that will be used to determine who makes it in to the show.

Like I mentioned before this a reality show but there is no more information about the actual details of the show beyond that is a show “based on local residents life in Twilight’s hometown” What we do know is that television producer Zig Gauthier is getting some help from Dazzled by Twilight store owner, Annette Root.

I can’t wait to hear all the specifics of the show and see who made it in, We have a few friends down in Forks and it would be cool to see some familiar faces, plus I can’t wait to see how Twilight related it is, I mean how could it not be!! Stay tuned for more details!!

Jacob’s Secret to Bella

Okay so by now I would hope that you all have seen New Moon, and if you haven’t, then leave and go see it right now, because yes it was that good!! If you haven’t seen it, beware this post has spoilers!!

In the movie, after Alice returns and Jacob is in the kitchen with Bella, he whispers something in her ear. It is obviously in a different language and the most common guess is of course that he was speaking Quileute. But neither Taylor Lautner nor the Quileute’s are saying what it is he said. The rumor is that he whispered “I Love You”, but there is no confirmation.

Taylor says it is an “Easter egg that only the most hard-core ‘Twilight’ fans will be able to crack.”

As for the Quileute’s they feel that they should keep Bella and Jacob’s secret and have even prepared a statement about this very thing. “Please know we would love to translate the phrase for you, but out of respect for Jacob and his feelings for Bella, we are going to keep that private for now,” Jackie Jacobs, tribal publicist, said.

Well, whatever he said it was fabulous and had girls all over the theater sighing with pleasure. The Quileutes were very pleased and said he spoke beautifully and they loved the way he represented them. Good Job Taylor!!

Taylor Launter’s performance in New Moon was amazing and it will be hard to compete with, but Taylor will have another chance at it coming with the release of Eclipse in June. We Can’t wait!!

2 New New Moon Clips

I don’t know about you, but I was not able to go to Comic-Con this year, as great as that would have been. I knew that meant I missed out on a bunch of really cool stuff including Q and A with the stars, interviews, and some amazing vendors. What I didn’t know was that I had also missed 2 exclusive clips from New Moon. So if you are like me and had the misfortune of missing Comic-con, these videos are for you!!

The 1st one is Bella on the Motorcycle-

In case you can’t hear all the words over the screaming fans, Twilight Examiner has the scoop-
“Alright. Brake. Clutch. Good. Gas. Ready? Now, slowly release the clutch.” Jacob
“Whoa, what are you doing?” Jacob
“I’m gonna go again.” Bella
“How am I gonna stop?” Bella
“Bank it, just hit the brake!” Jacob
“What, are you trying to get yourself killed?” Jacob
“No forget it, no more bike.” Jacob
“Oh my god, I’m sorry.” Bella
“You’re apologizing for bleeding?” Jacob
“Yeah I guess I am.” Bella
“It’s just blood Bella, no big deal.” Jacob
“Your sort of beautiful” Bella
“How hard did you hit your head?” Jacob

The second video is a little more blurry, but it is the video of Bella running through Volterra to save Edward-

Again, under all of the screaming girls, this is what was being said-
1. “Alice, you gotta hurry up … Five minutes.” Bella
2. “Bella, breathe.” Alice
3. “Why are they wearing red?” Bella
4. “St. Marcus Day. The perfect setting, the Volturi will never let him reveal himself, he knows it.” Alice
5. “Alice!” Bella
6. “Bella, you’re the only one he can’t see coming, he’ll be under the clock tower. Go!” Alice
7. “Stop, stop no Edward don’t!” Bella

Eclipse Tent Scene?

New Moon is only 2 months away and already Eclipse is filming like crazy. Already we have seen pics of the Newborn vamps, but now David Slate, Eclipse director, is tweeting about filming a tent scene?

There is some confusion online about what this is, but I think anyone who has read the book knows what he is talking about. For those of you who don’t rememeber let me refresh your memory; the scene involves Edward, Bella, and Jacob all in a tent and Jacob helps Bella get warm. Ringing any bells? I don’t want to give away to much but it is a great scene where you really get to see Edwards true feelings about Bella and Jacob and I can’t wait to see it on film. Eclipse is due out in June so it is not as long of a wait as it was with New Moon, but it feels as though June can’t get here soon enough!!

New Moon Released with New Cover

Jacob fans everywhere, prepare to be amazed. New Moon has been re-released with a new cover that is going to make you want to swoon. Just like when they re-did the Twilight cover, this cover features the cast of New Moon as Bella and Jacob, and it is fantastic. EW.com is asking fansites not to post the whole image but to link back to their site instead so I will respect their wishes, but click this link and head over to EW and check it out for yourself.

Like I said the cover is brilliant, but that is just my opinion, what do you think? Are you going to buy a new copy just to have the free poster?

Edward and Bella Barbies?

Twilight has been so popular, more popular than anyone expected and right now everyone wants a little piece of the action. So no surprise that we didn’t have to wait long for Mattel to come out with Bella and Edward Barbies.

These Barbies are done in classic Barbie style with of course a Twilight twist. Strangely enough, they are simliar to the dolls recently released by Tonner. The Bella doll is wearing Bella’s classic Denim jacket and Edward is complete with his gray winter coat.

I think these doll are fantastic, they make me want to start playing with Barbies again!! To buy these dolls head over to Toy’s R Us. Here is Bella and Here is Edward

First New Moon Stills

Here are the first stills of actual scenes from New Moon.

The video explains it all but in case you didn’t catch it, The First one is a picture of Bella taking direction from Chris Weitz after being protected by Edward at her Birthday party. The second is a picture of Bella and Laurent, and the last is a intimate picture between Edward and Bella. I am not going to spoil it but anyone who has read the book should know exactly what these pictures are.

Exciting huh? The scenes look beautiful and it is just a glimpse at how wonderful the movie is going to be. What scene are you most looking forward to?

Taylor Lautner’s Motorcycle Lessons

Anybody that has read New Moon knows that there is a central storyline involving Jacob Black and Motorcycles that has to be in the movie. Well fear not Twilighters, you will get your wish. Bella Will Cliff-Dive, Kristen Won’t

Kristen Stewart is busy busy, between rehearsals in Vancouver and Premiering her new movie, Adventureland. Well on tour for her new movie, Kristen stopped at MTV and gave them the word about Bella’s big Cliff-diving scene. Kristen said unfortunately she would not be jumping, instead a computerized Bella will actually be making the jump. Kristen says she gets to almost jump, but her feet never actually leave the ground. She spent one afternoon doing head shots so they could create a computerized doppelgänger. Check out her describing it in this video:
