Who Should Play Leah Clearwater?

As bad of an attitude as she may have, you can’t help but love and feel sorry for Leah Clearwater from the Twilight book series. So of course just like with all of the other characters it is important to pick the right person to play this sarcastically funny character. Believe it or not, the rumor is that it is a Disney Channel star might play her, Vanessa Hudgens or Brenda Song. Both definitely have their strengths in the world of acting, but are they the right people to play Leah, the right actors to bring her character to life? It is true that Leah doesn’t play much a part of New Moon as she does in other books, but it is still important for Summit to pick a character that we are going to like enough for them to keep her through the rest of the movies.

According to the poll taken by MTV fans are not big supporters of either of these girls, both feel that they are the not type of personality to pull of Leah. They feel like a different actress would pull her character off better. So what do you think: Brenda, Vanessa, or someone else?
